How do I find hot springs near me?
Open the app and allow location access when prompted. The Explore tab will show springs sorted by distance. You can also use the map to browse springs in any area.
Do I need an account to use Soakr?
No. You can browse all springs, view the map, read reviews, and see photos without signing in. An account is only needed to write reviews, check in, save springs, or upload photos.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your Profile tab, tap Settings, and select "Delete Account." Your profile and personal data will be permanently removed. Reviews and photos may be retained in anonymized form.
A spring's information is incorrect. How can I fix it?
On any spring's detail page, tap "Suggest an Edit" to submit a correction. Our team reviews all suggestions and updates the listing.
Can I add a hot spring that's not in the app?
Yes. Tap the "Submit a Spring" option to add a new hot spring. Submissions are reviewed by our team before being published.
Why does the app need my location?
Location is used to show you nearby springs and calculate distances. It is only accessed while the app is open and is never stored on our servers. You can deny location access and still browse springs by state or on the map.
Is Soakr free?
Yes, Soakr is completely free to use.
